OK, I’m being a little dramatic with the headline, but there are just some things that make your jaw drop. I get thousands of emails in a week, and many of them are perfectly lovely. I genuinely treasure my relationships with public relations professionals, and I quite literally could not do my job without you!

That said, there are some emails I receive that leave me positively flummoxed, frustrated, or tickled in a “you can’t be serious” kind of way! I thought it’d be fun to share some “inbox horror stories” based on my own experiences. Here are six examples, and I’m also offering some advice on what to do instead!
